Shipping and Handling
Most items are shipped within 5 to 10 business days of the date of order. Each piece is handmade, so please allow a few extra days for us to create your beautiful jewellery. If you need something faster, please contact us by emailing us at email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate your needs! All orders are dispatched by Canada Post Mail at a flat rate of $15 within Canada and $16 within the US. Orders over $150 are eligible for free tracked and insured shipping. Please allow 5–10 business days before shipment, as many items are handmade to order. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships. We are based in Toronto, ON and charge 13% sales tax for any orders shipped to an Ontario address.
We accept most major credit cards as well as Paypal via our online shopping cart for all in stock purchases. Your card is charged at the time of order. We do not ship C.O.D.

Returns and Exchanges
We hope you’ll be thrilled with your purchase, but in the event you’re not, you are welcome to return it for a refund less any shipping, provided you follow a few simple steps:
1) You must notify us at email@example.com with 24 hours of receipt of your package, of your intent to return your item(s).
2) You must ship your package back to us within 2 business days of receipt, no exceptions.
3) Item(s) must be in new, unworn condition, with all original packaging.
4) Item must be shipped, prepaid, in the same or similar shipping box in which it was received – no padded envelopes or gift boxes. We suggest you insure your return, as we cannot be responsible for damage or loss incurred during transit. You are responsible for return shipping.
5) When we receive your items back in new and unworn condition, your account will be credited for the purchase price, less shipping.
6) Jewellery returned with signs of wear will be returned to the customer and no refund will be given.
7) No exchanges or returns on Couture (made to order) pieces.
We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items purchased from other retailers. For your protection, please pack your return item securely and return your order with an insured trackable courier and retain your receipt.
We will repair items purchased through V2designworks.com, within 30 days of purchase. Please note that we are not responsible for shipping charges on repair items. Please contact us first for a repair authorization at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in the precious metals market. Please note that sales, promotions, and coupon codes are only valid for the dates as stated in the offer.

Any information we collect about you via site registration or our order process remains with us. We may send newsletters or other material from time to time, but you always have the option of choosing not to receive these mailings – just let us know, and we’ll take you off the list.
We do use tracking cookies to enable you to easier browse our site. These cookies do not transmit any personal data to us, but simply store the pages you have visited on your computer so you may access your own history faster during your visit. We do analyze general traffic patterns but collect no individual information while you are visiting our site.
